Rotary Piston Pump
DevelopWay’s Rotary Piston Pump (RPP) is an energy-efficient innovative product. The pump has several key advantages due to its unique conceptual solutions: it maintains a constant pressured stream of liquid; has high specific power, smaller dimensions, and low level of vibrations; and consumes less electricity.
Based on initial testing the pump’s productivity is 56 cubic meters of liquid at a speed of 3000 rounds per minute. The pump’s design makes it suitable to effectively handle viscous fluids. Its low level of vibrations results in less damage to the pump’s parts and less noise during operation.
The prototype was developed using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software and CNC machines and is currently being used in Vanadzor Technology Center’s irrigation system.
