20.07.2009“Conflict Management” training managed by Friedrich Glasl: Doctor of Trigon university
develoWay attaches big importance to the continual teaching process of its employees and in any possible case provides corresponding possibilities their participation during the trainings. Cause of participation of such kind of trainings will be supplementary practice for its employees. During the next in turn training participated one of our employees: Emilia Ter-Hovhannisyan, who is an IT Project Manager in DevelopWay. From 15 to 17 July, 2009 was organized "Conflict Management" training which was managed by Prof. Dr. Friedrich Glasl. During the educational and preoperational training were presented the main strategic tools and methods of conflict management and also explained the basic ways of conflict's overcoming.
The main feature and advantage of the training was that the general idea was based on practical exercises. And the final results and expressions from this training and from current discussions were really effective and rational.
At the end of the training to all participants were given corresponding certificates.
